People here doesn't really know how treat fellow employees. Expects you to work without proper KT or proper inputs. Unprofessional senior employees behavior.

Good learning is the only thing.

Cons

Too much of work. No life left at all. Giving excuse of COVID, very less hike but work has increased. So many new customers, yet pay is less. Leadership is whimsical. No proper planning and so many customers are promised with so many things. Leadership doesn't think about the actual implementors before committing and then not able to deliver rebuke the implementors. The fitness and wellness programs are also scheduled at times when leadership schedules most of the meetings. So good luck with your fitness program. The 5 star reviews are fake btw!!
