At the time of joining they will promise you to work on spring, hibernate,micro services...but after you join , they will force you to work on Grails framework , coz the existing product is built on grails and they will never utter a word about grails framework at the starting .They will convince you saying you should first learn exiting product and once you start working on grails , they won't move you to work on new technologies. Old employees who know the product will get good hikes ,basically bootlickers. Process is never followed here.work life balance is at its worst. Beware before joining this company. And please ignore the office pics which was posted , those are from US office. India office is pathetic. you will reject the offer after seeing the office. If you are joining and want to work on latest tech stacks like microservices, please dont get trapped and tell them upfront that you wanna work on these technologies at the starting itself. Otherwise you will be giving support to existing product till your next switch.

1)No process at all 2)Ready to work for 24/7 3)Treat like a slave because they think people who don't get jobs any where will work here. 4) Don't buy the words like product company, in reality it's just a service for fixed clients,they expect you to work from the first day itself. 5)If you don't have any job then also better to work in some contract, you will spoil your health by doing this kind of work . 6)Firings common, so recently started recruiting contractors. 7)Emoyees often leave within 6 months as they came to know they got cheated by fake reviews. 8)Don't believe the positive fake reviews , just see the count of reviewed, most of the reviews are fake and just for promotion. 9)just enquire your friends how many of them knows this brand, this is started in 2009 itself, I bet none of them. 10)Last but not lease they tempt with good package. Don't fall for that.
