Pros

Savvas provides its employees with a collaborative and supportive working environment built around a common mission of helping teachers teach and learners excel. The transition from Pearson to an independent K-12 Learning Company has breathed new life into this 100-year-old company. Savvas products and services are used in most schools across the US and its impact is tremendous.

Amazing leadership starting at the team level and following all the way to the CEO level. You feel connected with everyone nationwide and trust the direction of the leadership. Culturally Responsive Learning is priority for Savvas and one they are committed to for the long haul of every employee. There is commitment to create amazing products to help move and drive the education world around us- The company is always thinking of what's best for educators and students at heart and creating new possibilities. I left a company I loved to join the people and cultural of Savvas and I'm so glad that I did. On boarding was the most organized experience I've ever had in my professional career and the culture of continuous growth is invigorating.
