Savvas Learning is in a unique place to be a new and nimble addition to the K12 marketplace. While keeping the beloved products from Pearson Learning Services, the company is developing additional great solutions to respond to this unique time and space we find ourselves in

Pros

The culture of our company and our department is positive; I feel very supported to do my job to the best of my ability. Senior leadership is transparent about our direction and expectations. The people I work with are some of the best I've ever met, it's a very collaborative and supportive environment. Leadership has always been flexible when needed, and that has increased through the upheaval of our lives in 2020.

Pros

They say it's not a "job" if you enjoy doing it. Savvas Learning Company is a wonderful place to work everyday. There is a family feel whether working remotely or in office. Leadership listens to your ideas and there are no closed doors nor are there any roadblocks to continued success or personal and professional development.

Cons

I'm sure Savvas has its own challenges, but clearly they don't let any cons directly affect the employees. I have not experienced any personal cons while being with Savvas.
