      Pros

      -Generally flexible, but this varies by department -Good work environment -Generally strong leadership. CEO cares about company and education.

      Cons

      -Frequently pushed to do more with less staff. -Difficult to get more staff added on when needed. Often can only get PT/TOP positions approved, which are difficult to fill.

      The company is led by an exceptional leader and a great visionary who deeply cares about the company’s future and its employees. Savvas is truly practicing and living up to the slogan “people are our greatest asset.” At Savvas you will find a place where work/life balance is encouraged and supported. Diversity and Inclusion are also a primary focus for the company and practiced at each level within the organization. Leaders at Savvas care and make you feel supported, valued, and recognized.
