      Pros

      Savvas has a great culture and has routinely been rated a top place to work. While helping improve education you will be working in an environment that takes care of its employees, looks for them to progress in their careers and is welcomes new ideas and progress to make long-held company processes and systems better.

      Cons

      The industry is changing and schools are often the target of political backlash which can create some minor issues for selling to and supporting schools.
