      Pros

      The interview process with Savvas Learning Company was a great experience of employer and prospective employee evaluating each other for a purpose-driven role. The directors and managers who conducted the interviews set the stage by sharing information about themselves, the role, and the company which develops next-generation educational products. I enjoyed meeting with each of the people who interviewed me, and sharing my experience and skills felt conversational and comfortable. I appreciated the relaxed professionalism of the process. Onboarding has been comprehensive and welcoming. Receiving a box of fun welcome "swag" was a nice touch!

      Cons

      I would love to see more employee testimonials, which would be helpful to share with job seekers.
