      Pros

      senior developers help you a lot in learning about the services and the tools that the company uses. there's a relief in communicating with the team members about any issue that you have.

      Cons

      the onboarding process is a bit slow but it also depends on what team you are working in, not necessarily a con but it's something that could be made better.

      Pros

      Savvas is a great employer! I believe in the work we do to provide meaningful educational programs to schools, teachers, and most importantly, students. The company prioritizes diversity and inclusion not only in our content but also in our staffing. Colleagues are smart, supportive, and fun people. The executive leadership team is highly communicative. Throughout Covid, the CEO has continued to allow employees to work from home.

      Cons

      It would be helpful to hire more people so that our teams have more resources to cover our projects.

      - Team members - Experience/Knowledge is valued - Company inclusion - Growing push towards healthy corporate environment; tangible evidence of work/life balance - Compensation is fair for the work expected of you

      Cons

      - The organizational process of how things are done (onboarding, training, etc) is not always clear or consistent. Lots of self-reliance in these areas, the new processes are not always most efficient or beneficial. - Your direct manager will significantly impact your experience.
