      Pros

      I joined Savvas a month ago and have a great experience with everything so far! Onboarding was easy, the entire company has been welcoming and supportive, and the actual process of getting onboarded wasn’t overwhelming. The team specifically scheduled things for different days over my first week so not everything was done on one day. The company is continuing to grow and I can’t recommend it enough!

      Product focused and mission driven

      Pros

      At Savvas we get to work on products that are complex and market driven while at the same time support students and teachers in reaching their potential. I don't know of other industries where you get to say that.

      Cons

      Recent growth has put a strain on existing processes.
