Pros

Great people, with significant industry experience and a global reach. Scala is also the most valuable and trusted brand in the digital signage industry

Cons

Limited end-user exposure and feedback due to historic focus on indirect channel sales. Company needs to skate to where the puck is going, not where it has been. Future is larger and more strategic projects.

Pros

Manageable work stress. Fixed timings. No one cares even if you do mistakes.

Cons

Management has no professionalism. Employees are treated with dignity and respect. Most of the employees are underpaid compared in par with the industry. Employees are exploited and utilized more than expected. No scope of learning and growth. The leader has no professional ethics when comes to money. No decent facilities in the office work space. Pathetic atmosphere to work and management has no experience in IT industry. They are running a 'family business'.
