      Where else can you work and be directly involved in many high technology aviation projects? Great benefits.

      Environment is relaxed, plenty of opportunity for overtime. 401k is probably one of best I've had with an employer contribution of 8% $.75 to the $1 and paid benefits

      Cons

      Terrible middle management, almost no growth opportunities. Pay is sub-par compared to other orgs. Upper management should be more involved
