      Pros

      If your a male, and have or want to work in Aero Space industry, this is an OK company. Not great pay, not great benefits. But if your a female or minority and you want a job with career potential and equal pay, this is most definitely NOT the company for you.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance. No accountability for supervisors/middle management.

      Pros

      Excellent pay and unlimited opportunities for those who can adjust to and understand Scaled culture. Cutting edge and ground breaking designs and builds. Competitive industry pay. ...FUN!!! Competent management.

      Cons

      Not made for everyone. I find those comfortable with production facilities like NGC or Lockheed tend to not work out and eventually move on. Although the direction of management has been slow developing there is on a steady growth path towards success.
