      Pros

      - A lot of autonomy - All benefits paid for - The vast majority of the employees are really, really good to work with. Scaled mostly hits the mark as being a "family atmosphere." - The work is exciting and interesting

      - Autonomy has its downsides... direction is occasionally lacking.

      Benefits are great and co workers are easy to work with. Has good bones and history.

      Cons

      Not what it used to be. Work is slow and not as exciting. Safety isn’t a focus and new managers are making mistakes because they have no experience and no training.
