Pros
Some excellent people to work with, really good benefits, pay not as bad as some people say, fascinating projects to work on. You get to work on some really awesome projects from beginning to end and know that you defintely have a chance to be a part of history.
Cons
Lots of turnover the past few years, much of that due to really poor management but the two people most responsible for the downturn in morale left last year so that is encouraging. . The problem is that the poor management chased away some really good people and they are still trying to recover from that.
