Pros

Client is good to gain wide experience.

Cons

We get 15days of vacation for a year, of which 5 days goes to just their only client year end closure. So, you're left with just 10days of vacation for entire year. Don't even dare to think for sick leave, it is not for you to take it without any other reason but approved sickness. Employer response clearly shows they didn't care about their employees. They says employee can work on federal holiday and use those to cover client year end closure. What a shameless way to say we don't care that my employees has to work on federal holidays to cover their client closure. I had to quit this company for this very reason, we couldn't have decent family vacation as you have only 10days or work on all federal holidays to get those missing vacation. Employer responded with confirmation that 401k after 1year in company without any sense of how absurd it was. I worked with many companies before this is the only company that has zero sense of how bad such policy was and without any hesitation they declare that as a proud benefit. Company does pay 4% of gross pay as employer contribution but it has 3year vesting period. That is you won't get anything if you don't finish 3years of which 1 year you can't contribute to your own 401k. I did says they provide medical insurance, note that employer never mentions what an employee has to pay. Employee has to find and pay for the insurance and company will cover only 70% of the cost (as a reimbursement) and without shame they call this as benefit.

Hi. We are a small team in the US and there is certainly room for improvement but your comments are very categorical and subjective. We are happy to have happy employees in the USA!

Pros

There are zero pros working for this company.

Cons

The company is originally based in France and somewhat new to the US. It is the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. I've heard stories of employees not getting paid or being paid incorrectly. The VP promises one thing during the interviews and then goes back on his word. The employees at the home office in San Diego are nice and try to help in whichever capacity they can but ultimately because everything is run from France it is impossible to get answers or get anything accomplished in a timely manner. The IT dept is horrendous and you lose a day or two of work even attempting to get anything resolved to even gain access to your laptop. Also other companies that are in the same line of work pay more.
