Scality management really believes in enabling and empowering its development organization. lot of decision making rests with developers. Folks encouraged to think out of the box, challenge ideas and get creative and innovative Strong focus on keeping org. truly agile /lean Management pays attention to ensure folks are not working over weekends. In last 1 year, it was 1 time I had to work over a weekend to triage a hot escalation. Lot of focus on looking out for making every individual feel welcome. Exec team truly believes Diversity is good Management takes efforts to have team building /fun activities Every year, entire Scality goes to an international resort location for a full week of team bonding, building and annual roadmap and vision alignment. Last Year was Deauville, France. This year was Algarve, Portugal. This is fully paid trip and it is fun. Structure is flat and execs are approachable.
