Good work culture Challenging work projects given if you perform well over a period of time Good area of location of the company

Sometimes they might put you in an endless cycle of bug fixing which might disinterest you if you really want to develop something for the company Cafeteria really not up to the mark

* Friendly colleagues. * Good package. Have more cons to say then pros with my experience.

Cons

* No proper management. * Withdrew 40 freshers offer. * No work-life balance. * No job safety. * No proper HR policies. * I have seen people from amazon, microsoft getting huge package but they couldn't withstand for long because of no proper importance to them. * Chennai, anna university based management. So if you are from that university you will get into top ranks faster.
