Friendly environment among employees Flexible timing but its also cons

Cons

-Long working hours -you may have to work in weekend also -Recently Management has withdrew the offer given to 40 fresher.This is really worst.Now situation is really different...We have to work more and there is lot of pressure and there is no security of the job as well. I am trying for some better option now
