Free coffee, free pop, free water, free snacks, free candies.

Cons

people get promoted by appointment. opportunity is being kept away internally. Upper Management do not believe in their own people. Compensation SUCKED big time! no bonuses, salary increases MAY BE POSSIBLE after 3 years of tenure. Managers MICRO MANAGING. colleagues back stabbing each other - VERY HOSTILE WORK Environment.
