The work isn't difficult, supervisors don't have time to micromanage you, and you're left alone most of the day.

Cons

Seasonal job (March to September). Very low pay and the work can be grueling during the busiest times of the season

Good atmosphere; everyone gets along well; hours can be flexible; ever changing and evolving environment.

Cons

There's a prevalent mentality of it's good enough, and that's the way we've done it for 40 years. Current management is still transitioning to new ownership. You'll be expected to do any training on your own time at home. You'll be expected to download numerous applications to your personal device to do your job.

We do not get as any free passes for friends and family like before. Nonetheless, the perks for working at the company are still great!
