Pros

Have free midday time (not paid though), some drivers can take a child to work.

Cons

Favoritism, dishonesty, split day, poor pay, rudeness and unprofessionalism of management.

Good until you voice a problem

Pros

They are great if you do what they ask, when they ask. If you don't they will shove you to the side in a heartbeat.

Cons

* Drivers concerns fall on deaf ears * Drivers won't come to management because they know nothing will be taken care of * Vehicle problems * Ideas * Trip problems * Being late for something * Other scheduling conflicts * Policy breaking * Bonus pulled for being sick one day. * Bending rules for some then following them on others * Disrespect from management * Talking back * Harshly * Passing blame onto someone else who isn't at fault * Not recognizing that drivers are the Business.
