Pros

There are a lot of genuinely good people who drive the buses everyday for very little pay. They are friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

There are no 'real' Managers in charge at this company. Nepotism runs rampant and the 4 related people who make up the majority of the management team are so unqualified to be Manager's. It is the driver's who make this company successful, not the management team.
