Pros

The benefits are good. You always have somoeone you can call for technical support or help. The people you work with are usually a plus. If you are in the right facility there is much room for advancement.

Cons

Sales force has a winning attitude even when it is at the customer or partners expense. Local management will work to keep you where you are vs. advance to another facility, vertical advancement.

Pros

It was such a fun place to work because of the team. I loved that it is international and I got to communicate and get to know people from all around the world. It is a place where you build your own career, if you are motivated and have ambition, you will succeed.

Cons

Sometimes politics got in the way of what really mattered for the business.
