Cons

Schneider Electric is a typical large company that does not move quickly in product development. They need to improve in product marketing in some segments. They need better company visbility and defined solutions in the market place.

The work is reasonable and can be satisfying, especially on busy days. The HR and safety departments try to be consistently helpful and reward good work habits.

Cons

There is a lot of mobilization and liquidation of supervisors by design, so I'd have my eyes open for backup employment if considering a non-union position.
