      Pros

      The benefits of working at Schneider are a relaxed environment in the freight game. Decent young culture and a good spot to learn sales basics. Opportunity to make big checks if you can land good accounts.

      Cons

      The problem with Schneider is there is no upward growth. You need to spend 4 years as a low rung sales rep in order to "make it" to an inside sales lead. Management puts no value in rep development or churn metrics. The worst part of the job is the constant short sighted views of management, they don't value talent.

      Good people. Good culture. 401k match. Good work/life balance. No micromanagement. Foster empowerment.

      Cons

      Limited advancement opportunities if you work in a field office unless you are willing to move to Green Bay. Poor bonus structure.

      Schneider National itself (ie Charlotte office) really has it together..thorough training..good benefits

      Cons

      Dedicated offices very poorly ran, poor communication between warehouse and main office..breakdown in company policy and procedure,alot of "passing the buck" with little results in the end..trucks poorly taken care of constant issues which delay routes
