      Pros

      The company has tons of different types of roles and job opportunities. Sit-ins are encouraged to learn about other roles and move up within the company. Hard workers are noticed and promoted. The people are amazing and put their whole heart into their work

      Cons

      With such a large company it's hard to know what's out there for other opportunities are out there or where to begin. While most people are awesome, some managers have been kept around due to longevity versus skill. Work/like balance can get out of hand if you don't set your own limits.

      Hours, over time, work life balance

      Cons

      Lots of stress in dedicated business. Lots of stress from the drivers and customers! Stress! My management was ok at best. In a year and a half i seen 50+ drivers come and go and three different managers.

      Pros

      Some team work between Operations and Customer Service. Education reimbursement.

      Cons

      Middle and Upper management fail to listen to proactive ideas. Sales has no idea what happens in the operation and what is feasible. Training is purely hands on with little direction and no classroom except in extreme cases where the whole system changed.
