Pros

They are good with giving you time off when you need it and some supervisors know what they are doing.

Cons

There is no room for advancement, the insurance cost is outrageous and really horrible, benefits are horrible, little to no training, they change the way things are done everyday and the employees get in trouble for it, they bring in temps and most of the time there are more temps working there then actual full time employees, very cheap company that doesn't look out for there employees.

Pros

SNBC, once you complete new driver training will offer the best hands on training anywhere. when new, they coddle and cradle you.

Cons

once you get past the 2 yr driver mark and begin to advance in the cpm, your pay goes up, but your miles per week goes down, essentially making it harder for you to make a good paycheck. management isnt concerned with this fact, and pays little if no attention in making sure you make your miles. seems to be unconcerned with the driver perspective and morale. too much emphasis on developing rules under the disguise of safety, but ultimately just a way to reduce liability on SNBC should a incident arise.
