Pros

The only thing I liked about it was the free food that we would occasionally get when the sales reps or managers came to town.

Cons

The comminucation between the departments is horrible. Sometimes, you would receive an e-mail about the same issue 5 times. There would other times when I would not receive an e-mail at all. This is very frustrating when you are trying to sove problems.

Pros

Hometime is limited but they respect time at home and get you home when you're scheduled. Training program is comprehensive and not rushed.

Cons

Six days a month hometime. Sitting and waiting for loads. Incomplete customer profiles lead to service failures. 60 mph rule and a 62 mph truck. Crafty way to not pay the bonus. Day long waits to get into the shop.

The company does share information about other internal opportunities with employees, however, most are lateral.

Cons

Advancement for males in the Grand Blanc location is very difficult. The increase in pay for the team leader position is not much, so it is not appealing to try to get it.
