Pros

Benefits are great. The culture is nice: people are very easy to click with. For those who don't appreciate corporate environment, this place is very laid back.

Cons

Very weak Management Team (Corporate departments in Lake Mary, FL). Unprofessional treatment of employees; unethical work practices in regard to running business. Very high turnover. The organization structure almost resembled the old school centralized management style. No open door policy. Can only approach my immediate superior, which in turn will pass it along to her immediate superior.... It's about time to revise the practices of the 90's era, and adopt multifunctional organization, where anyone can come in and have a conversation with any level of Senior Team to share their thoughts, whether business or personal related.

Pros

Great company values. You are proud to work there. They try hard to make it a fun place to work also.

Cons

Lake Mary is high cost area in Orlando and Florida and my salary was low for the area. An better Christmas bonus would have been nice.
