Pros

Management was competent and helpful. They were flexible with schedule changes which made working there great while attending college. Twice a year they held company picnics and parties, which were on the clock and paid hours for the hourly employees. Annual raises for all employees.

Cons

No benefits for part-time employees. No paid time off for part time employees.

Pros

The Benefits are the top positive to this company, the employees for the most part are a pleasure to work with and the flexible schedule is nice. They do offer a variety of contests which was nice.

Cons

I wish I had more positives to say. Know what you are getting into. There is NO room for advancement, raises are little to none with capped commission in most positions. 400% to monthly quota, you make the same as 110%. They monitor and watch you like a hawk.
