Pros

Nice benefits package, great on-site amenities (gym, doctor's office, cafeteria). A lot of really great and dedicated people. Not too 'workaholic' of an atmosphere, good work life balance. Many people leave daily between 5-6.

Cons

Middle management heavy. It seems many higher up folks stay because of seniority, not job performance, which makes for a top heavy and somewhat incompetent organization. And, as with any large company, corporate decisions can be extremely opaque, even when they affect you directly.

Pros

Good books with fun work environment. Good people as well. Fun office space.

Cons

You will work hard and lots of hours but you will also learn a TON, which is awesome. Lots of trial by fire!
