Pros

Staff discount. Good Christmas parties, it’s a job.

Cons

Culture of top down bullying and intimidation led by Senior Management. Middle Managers too busy appeasing Senior Management to instigate real change. Treat employees like liabilities instead of assets. No opportunities for promotion and salaries are well under market value.

Pros

Nice office, free books for kids, good location

Cons

Terrible management in the marketing department - saw and experienced bullying, no encouragement to do more than the bare minimum work. Personally went to HR multiple times about work conditions and management, with no result. Apathy about this seems to go all the way to the top.
