Pros

Great vacation and time off. Interesting projects, and flexible work environment.

Cons

Very limited (more like no) opportunities for advancement. Pigeonholed into a role. Poor resource-management by upper management, and no proper direction for the company as a whole. Very few people took their roles seriously.

Pros

This company offers a good benefits package and employee discounts on their products. Scholastic also has a long company history.

Cons

Scholastic management does not respect their employees personal lives and does not treat their employees equally. Management does not encourage their employees to respect each other.
