Pros

Supportive and caring atmosphere. Everyone shares the common goal to get more kids reading! Employees are also encouraged to read and the company gives everyone an extra 15 minute break specifically to read.

Cons

For sales, the commission plan gets changed occasionally when we start to hits goals easier and make more money. Opportunities for career advancement are limited unless one works for the corporate office in Florida.

Pros

At this company you will enjoy very agreeable people who are easy going. There is a good work life balance here as well. Overall a good place to work.

Cons

Compensation could be better at Scholastic. Plus the business is kinda old. Building is kinda old so that isn't incredibly motivating. Overall good experience there though
