Pros

Great people and a nice company

Cons

dense, obtuse individual with no inter-personal skill set to ever grow a great team. Hence the same person w/ 3 different positions, why? no one can work long enough with this person...Good Luck

Pros

Colleagues are passionate about children’s books and it’s a rewarding product to work on

Cons

No sense of a plan or company direction, upper management seems to be in a constant state of panic and uncertainty, very low salaries, promotions and jobs are very much influenced by nepotism rather than good work
