They pay on time and it's an easy enough job.

Cons

Depending on where you work, it can be incredibly strenuous or mind numbingly boring. Management could stop having workers come in so early when their overtime is spent standing around.

It's easy money but its temp work at best.

Cons

The work schedule follows the school schedule. It's rare to actually work a full shift but theres opportunities to work hours beyond what is your regular set and theres no benefits.
