Pros

There's a five word minimum here but I have nothing nice to say.

Cons

Just a really unhealthy organization that will make you unhealthy. Avoid at all costs. Read the other reviews of full time employees (I don't have anything new to say).

Pros

Great mission. Caring and talented people.

Cons

Leadership does not communicate. The company seems to be desperate to serve every possible customer's needs, which is impossible. Never saying "no" is very expensive, but there are rarely raises. The current idea is to furlough sales reps to save a few dimes, but no managers are being asked to cut their pay. Taking care of employees has taken a backseat to taking care of profits.
