Pros

Great health benefits for full timers ( not seasonals or part time ).

Cons

Terrible micro managing by Lake Mary warehouse staff. Disingenuosness , untruthfulness by Branch Manager. Opressive heat and considering the size and revenue of the company, terrible wages as non management staff have to work two jobs to survive. A small favorite "clique" that prevents anyone else from any kind of advancement.

Pros

The company has amazing benefits! The best part of working at Scholastic is the people.

Cons

While the Scholastic mission sounds great, this is still a typical corporate job where they try to avoid paying you what you deserve. They are constantly moving the goals out of reach. There is also terrible communication between the management team and sales consultants.
