Pros

Everybody is incredibly nice, the company does things the right way. Management's mission is to help schools and help its' employees. (Side pros: Awesome benefits, company perks, work life balance, being surrounded by incredibly smart go-getters)

Pros

I could go on all day about how I've enjoyed my time here, but I'll just touch on a few of the highlights: (1) Investment in career development. Management consistently asks about goals and does everything in its power to give you the tools to achieve them. (2) Great culture. Management not only asks for input, but takes it to heart and executes suggested solutions. (3) Solid benefits. This use to be one of the few cons here, but after getting feedback from employees, SchoolAdmin decided to restructure our benefits to include dental and vision. All in all, I feel very taken care of here.
