There are so many good things about working here: - People like coming to work every day - The product is amazing and easy to use - Our customers love us - It's a pretty fun and hilarious place - Not much politics or complaining - Everyone I work with is really competent and gets things done

Cons

On our team there are a few months of the year that are peak seasonal times when things are way too busy. But it's been less so since we've hired new people, and even when it's busy it's still fun to come to work every day.

- Amazing culture based on learning and responsibility - Employees have a purpose and really care about their clients - Awesome Austin location and cool office - Unlimited commissions (on sales) and protected territories - Industry leading customer service - The BEST product on the market

Cons

- As with all small companies, there is a lot of work and a lot of hats to wear. But all employees are encouraged to work together to get the job done! I saw the review on here about the 3-hour interview and wanting to be PAID to interview. Most good companies have a series of interviews and SchoolAdmin chooses to have all of them in 1 long meeting. That way the candidate meets everyone in 1 meeting and then SchoolAdmin makes a decision at the conclusion of the meetings. I personally like this approach since you don't have to come back for another interview. It's all done at 1 time and a decision is made.
