Business Outlook
Pros
Not a bad company.....good potentil for advancement if you can make it. Daily work life was good, coworkers were great. Benefits were okay, with the highlight being the 401k and esop. Culture had a good basis but did not follow through all the time. All workers were well respected.
Cons
Not a good company....if you like free time. Technology leash showed up and so did the required work load. Leadership was unappreciative of individuals goals and talents. Supervisers suffered from upper managment only caring about making that days production, not long term growth. Ideas were "stolen" and represented as team ideas rather than individuals.
