There isn't any. They will come in and talk up the company and everything they will do, but once they take ownership everything they told you previously isn't true.

Cons

If this company is going to take ownership/management of your business/hotel........RUN and by run I mean immediately update your resume and start applying for jobs. They will tell you they retain all of the staff and keep everything the same and actually make things better for you. Once the sale goes through, half the management staff positions are eliminated and your left jobless or if you get to keep your job you will shortly be looking for a new one! They do not care about their employees at all. All successful managers and business owners/operators know that the MOST important thing is your employees. The insurance premiums are the highest I've seen with an employer and they take away other benefits that managers and employees previously had. I was told by multiple people this would happen but they didn't seem like the type until it was official. The executive team is very unprofessional.

We respectfully disagree, however, with your comment that we eliminate half of the management staff during a property transition... that simply is not true. It is our objective during a hotel transition to welcome everyone into the organization. Unfortunately, there are times when job performance isn't up to par and difficult decisions have to be made; however, we strive to set clear expectations for our associates, and give everyone a fair opportunity to be a high performing team member as we reward and recognize top performance, while ensuring a workplace of high integrity, respect and professionalism. Great hands on learning experience. They Truly let you manage it like it's yours. Decent pay and attainable bonus.

Cons

Smaller company. Still working out kinks on benefits. Most employees don't find the benefits to be a "benefit". Lots of corporate reporting, some of which is redundant.
