Cannot think of a single one. You might get lucky and have the support of a smart VP, but that is rare.

Cons

In way over their heads when it comes to full-service hotels. They run everything like a Holiday Inn and tout platitudes and mantras during their ra-ra meetings that have absolutely zero substance. Their capital expense process is so bad that it is funny; they aren’t frugal, they’re just cheap, and they are only in bed with owners that are as inept as they are. “Rules for thee, not for me”. Be warned, this firm is at the absolute bottom of the barrel in terms of decision-making. Here’s a couple mantras for you - they make the wrong decisions and tank hotels a little more, a little faster, and a little better than the next guy. Their ineptitude IS GREAT.
