Decent PTO, potential options for growth if you want to work insane hours.

Cons

Several, no 401K match, expensive insurance ridiculous amounts of paperwork. Paperwork is more important than taking care of the guests. The GM must review/sign/scan/upload/file so much they don't have time to actually interact with staff and guests.

Some flexibility with regard to scheduling. Working with government programs to promote work opportunities for marginalized groups. Welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of potential for better working conditions.

Cons

Petty management with poor leadership skills. Poor working conditions. Poor support from upper management. Little to no employee morale. Poor compensation structure. Average benefits. Huge turnover rate in management which makes for interpersonal relationships between management and employees nearly nonexistent.
