Good benefits and steady work for those who can handle the environment.

Cons

The service floor was chaotic — schedules changed without notice, parts were often missing, and communication from management was inconsistent. Techs carried the blame for mistakes caused by lack of coordination. Everyone wanted to do their job well, but poor leadership made that nearly impossible. You end up feeling like a number, not a professional.
