Administration only cares about doctors because they're the ones responsible for bringing in the money. The rest of the staff is treated like chopped liver. The pay increases each year are garbage and there is no room for advancement. Management often doesn't know what the staff under them is even responsible for on a daily basis. In certain departments, it's a disrespectful and toxic atmosphere and nothing gets done about it.
