      Diversity of cases, opportunity to work in different specialties, exposure to advanced veterinary medical techniques.

      Cons

      Extremely high staff turnover, ineffective management, support staff shortages. While current sign on bonuses are very generous it’s a symptom of how desperate the AMC is for support staff. AMC is unable to retain support/technical staff due to poor management and intra-departmental toxicity. There has been a steep decline in the quality of management in the last 2 years.
