      Benefits package and hours available to work.

      Cons

      Senior management hires mainly friends and family. Senior management is not very interested in staff concerns unless it directly affects them. No confidentiality.

      Pros

      prestigious place to work if you're looking to go vet school down the line.

      Cons

      No room for growth for overworked "floor" assistants or clinic aides. Condescending and pretentious vet interns and techs. Very weak HR department. Minimal benefits, vacation and sick time are meshed into one bank.

      Pros

      There’s plenty to learn. An amazing place to work as LVT or doctor. The care level is exceptional. Many departments to suit all interests.

      Cons

      Very limiting to be an assistant. Plenty of egos. Although you can switch departments, there is not much room for advancement in the assistant position.
