      Exciting place for Working from Home (WfH)

      Pros

      this is a 100% WfH place. Salaries are market rate, plus substantial performance bonuses. I find myself in a team together with smart and highly motivated selfstarters. We all meet at least twice daily online for discussing current matters, plus 1-2-1 meetings when it is about specific cases. I can work from any place in this world, as long as I am available during office hours. The company is growing, so there are all the time new faces. We use AI on a daily basis.

      Cons

      This place is not for the faint-hearted: company culture is being honest and direct. People work hard because there is always too much work to be done and the team collectively strives for better results. You had better be proactive, and passive people will not like it.

      Pros

      Shifting to a 100% remote working has allowed unprecedented freedom to the people here. Some has thrived, while others have been overwhelmed by the blurred lines between home and office responsibilities. For those that have remained, we have become a highly functioning unit that is loosely coupled by rules and hierarchy, but yet is tightly aligned in the goals that we want to achieve, This has led to above-average results, and we are only getting started.

      Cons

      If I use the word 'SWAT team', then it should be clear that each individual is expected to perform at an elite level. Mistakes are often forgiven, but never forgotten. There will be a constant push for our people to better themselves everyday. Some people may not want this.
