A Thrilling "Class A" Work Environment

Pros

I can literally feel that our company is taking off because we have established a flywheel that is gaining momentum: our people are adding daily to the progress. I can do my work from wherever I want and when I want. We have comprehensive ways of measuring the contributions of each team member, so we can see where we are on our growth path.

Cons

You cannot hide behind your files as in the old days. And it is sometimes a challenge because there is so much work to be done.

this is the perfect place for people who get motivated by success. Situations abound where you can reap the fruits of your efforts. And everyone in the company can see it and cheer.

Cons

think twice: are you already very good or do you want to become very good at what you do? If not then this is not the right place for you. Look elsewhere.

I am sorry that we were not a good fit for you. We will continue to have our two daily online meetings for the entire team and we continue to have our company retreats every now and then, but we will not become a leisure activities club. You should rather see it positively: your time with us was useful for you because you found out that full remote working is not your cup of tea. That applies to 80% of all people.
